Refund Policy - the basics

At GODT CASE store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the GODT CASE. If you’re not happy, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with your statutory rights and our store policy.

 

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders): Under UK law, if you purchased directly from our website, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Faulty or Defective Items: If your GODT CASE is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Change of Mind Returns: We’ll accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind, as long as the product is unused and returned within the return period. Shipping costs may not be refundable.

What to include in the Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

     

    • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • Must be in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

     

  2. Non-Returnable Items

     

    • Items that have been used or show signs of wear.

    • Products purchased from third-party sellers (please contact them directly).

    • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.

     

  3. Return Process

    • We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

     

  4. Refund Processing

     

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.

     

  5. Exchanges

     

    • If you need a replacement for the same item, please specify when requesting a return.

     

  6. Late or Missing Refunds
